Why doesn’t Van’s have a modern website with modern shipping information? When I order something online, I expect to be updated with emails telling me when my order has been received, when it’s been shipped, and when it’s due to arrive.
The fact that Van’s provides no UPS tracking numbers or anything similar is maddening. With any other type of online business, this reason alone would motivate me to shop elsewhere.

The last DVD I ordered from Van’s was sitting at my front door for two days while I was out of town, and I had no idea where it was until I returned. Had someone snatched it, I’d have never known.
